• Exit junction 13.
  
• At the bottom of the slip road take the 4th exit off the roundabout passing under the motorway bridge.
  
• At the 2nd roundabout take the 1st exit onto Reedyford Road.
  
• Follow the road round, going straight through the 1st mini roundabout.
  
• At the end of the road turn right at the 2nd mini roundabout.
  
• Follow the road down to the 3rd mini roundabout, and turn left onto Hallam Road.
  
• Pass under the railway bridge and Manor Mill is situated 500m ahead on the right hand side.
  
• There is a car park on the left, directly opposite the mill.
