World Sleep Day 2024 – Our Top Tips for a Good Nights Sleep!

To celebrate World Sleep Day 2024, we wanted to share some top tips for getting a good nights sleep, and how our many innovative sleep concepts can assist!

  1. Keep your sleeping area clean and decluttered. There is nothing better than getting into bed with the smell of fresh clean bedding! Our Proactive treatment adds another layer of hygiene by minimising the risk of bed bugs naturally and sustainably.
  2. Maximising your oxygen intake during sleep. Exposure to high levels of oxygen encourages the brain to remain in deep, restorative sleep, according to a study by University of Alberta neuroscientists. We offer a specially developed Oxygen finishing treatment which can help you to breathe more comfortably whilst you sleep
  3. Creating a cosy and comfortable sleeping environment. We now offer an ultra soft and luxurious fabric called ‘Micro-modal‘ which has to be felt to be fully appreciated.
  4. Keeping cool at night can help with a better nights sleep, particularly for menopausal women experiencing night sweats which can greatly affect quality of sleep. Our ‘Cooler’ fabrics range work by transferring heat away from the body, helping to regulate body temperature. The fabric can disperse moisture over a larger area than standard polyester.
